چکیده

Background: Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage or hemorrhagic stroke is one of the leading causes mortality and disability in Indonesia, but until now there no specific therapy for this disease. The (ICH) score a widely used predictive tool prognosis death 30 days after spontaneous hemorrhage, hemorrhage-grading scale (ICH-GS) has more interval to assess prediction hemorrhage. Rumah Sakit Islam (RSI) Jemursari Surabaya not carried out data collection related ICH-GS with outcome (death) patients especially while still receiving hospital treatment. Objective: To identify number scores as predictor at RSI Surabaya. Method: type research retrospective research. population comprised all hospitalized 2017-2019, affordable diagnosed by neurologist. Results: showed that 5.5% (6 people) had an 5; 38.2% (42 ICG-GS 6; 21.8% (24 7; 20 % (22 8; 9; 4.5% (5 10; 3.6% (4 11; 0.9% (1 patient) 12. Pediatric intracerebral hemorrhage score: a simple grading scale for intracerebral hemorrhage in children.

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE The intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) score is the most commonly used clinical grading scale for outcome prediction after adult ICH. We created a similar scale in children to inform clinical care and assist in clinical research. METHODS Children, full-term newborns to 18 years, with spontaneous ICH were prospectively enrolled from 2007 to 2012 at 3 centers. The pediatric I...

The ICH score: a simple, reliable grading scale for intracerebral hemorrhage.

Despite several existing outcome prediction models for ICH, there is no standard clinical grading scale for ICH analogous to those for traumatic brain injury, subarachnoid hemorrhage, or ischemic stroke. METHODS Records of all patients with acute ICH p...

Clinical Grading Scales in Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemorrhage To the Editor: We have had the pleasure to read the article by Dr RuizSandoval and colleagues,1 regarding the development of a new spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (sICH) grading scale, formally called ICH-GS, for the prediction of outcome after primary sICH. In comparison with other cerebrovascular diseases, there are no gradi...

A simple and widely valid clinical grading scale, the Intracerebral Hemorrhage Score (ICH score) was developed to predict to outcome of spontaneous ICH. The aim of the present study was to assess the relation between the ICH score and the surgical outcome of ICH ...
